Enrollment Information

 

Step 1: Academy Registration Form

Please fill out the online registration form along with a $250 deposit to hold your spot. Once we receive your registration and it has been reviewed, a confirmation email will be mailed to verify your enrollment.

Step 2:   Tuition

Full payment of tuition is due by June 1st. We request full payment of tuition at the time an application is submitted after June 1, 2013.

Step 3: Health Form

Submit form one of three ways:

Day Academy Payment Policies


Deposit Policy

A deposit of $250.00 is due with registration. This deposit will be credited to your tuition account and reserves your spot at the Academy.

Cancellation Policy

You must send notice in writing by April 15, 2013 in order to cancel enrollment and receive a refund. Cancellations on or prior to this date are subject to a $75 processing fee per student. After April 15, 2013, the $250 deposit fee is non-refundable. There will be no refunds of any kind given out after June 1, 2013 regardless of your registration date.

No allowances will be given for no shows, late arrival, or early departure. Notification of cancellation can be sent by fax to 802-610-1033,  by email to milacademy.admissions@middleburyinteractive.com, or by mail to MIL Summer Academy, 152 Maple Street, Middlebury, VT 05753.

Tuition

Tuition is due in full by June 1, 2013. Students applying after June 1,2013 must submit payment in full at the time registration is submitted. 

Discount Limitations

  • One discount per student. Offers cannot be combined.
  • Discounts cannot be applied retroactively to tuition accounts that are already paid in full.
